Lynley lost her first tooth
Towns baby #3
As of August 16th I am 16 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I went to see my friend Jennifer Warren to have an ultrasound and see if we could find out the sex of the baby. It was pretty obvious that baby #3 is a BOY!!!
I would like to introduce you to Dylan Russell Towns.

So far Dylan has given me a pretty easy pregnancy, he did give everyone a pretty big scare at the beginning of the pregnancy when I thought I had lost him. He hung in there and is perfect and measuring right on target. So far I have had a lot of heartburn, but really that is about all. My cravings so far have been Mexican food and Chinese food. Dylan will be welcomed into this world by his two big sisters, both are very excited about having a baby brother and can't wait to meet him! Between Josh H and Jason Dylan's nickname for right now is Dill Pickle, very funny guys! It will have to change when he is born!

Aubie

In October 2009 we got Lynley a little puppy and we named her Aubie. Aubie is a Boxer/Pit mix and is absolutely beautiful! She is so sweet and oh so smart with LOTS of energy! We are sad to say that we are in the process of trying to find her a new home. We are not happy with this decision, but we don't have the room she needs to run off all her energy. It will be a sad day when we have to say goodbye and I know there will be a few tears.

Mother's Day
I got the cutest little bird house for Mother's Day. We went to Alabama for Mother's Day, I think this will be our new tradition. We spent Saturday at my parents house, we played and relaxed outside all day.
The family all met at Grandmother's house and we ate lunch and played with a baby duck. Yes, that is right, we played with a baby duck! My cousin, Jeremy, has a pet duck that follows him around every where he goes. This little duck took right up with Lynley and of course she loved every second of it! While Lynley was excited over a baby duck, I was excited to hold two new baby boys, Conner and Elijah. What a great weekend and a great Mother's Day!!Tuesday, May 4, 2010
Getting ready for Kindergarten registration
We register Lynley for kindergarten tomorrow. It is amazing at the forms they require for your child to get in! We have to take her birth certificate, hearing, vision, and dental records, the deed to our house, and 2 current bills, CRAZY! When we take her in they will evaluate her to see where she is academically. I know she will do good, but what if she freezes up or has a shy spell, will they think I am a bad mother? This is just one of the many crazy questions that has been running through my mind.
I have been really nervous and emotional about the thought of sending my baby girl off for some stranger to teach, but I really do think that this will help us to have the relationship that we currently have and the relationship I want to keep when she gets older. I feel that if I try to teach her our days would end in fighting and tears for each of us and eventually ruin our relationship. She is a social butterfly and I know she will thrive in school! I think it will be harder on Kendall then anyone else, she wants to do everything her sister does and follows her all over the place.
Now off to look at cute back packs and lunch boxes! The shopping part is going to be fun!
